Viddix for machine shops and factories
AI for industry
Management software built around your factory: quotes, work orders, scheduling, stock and quality. With AI agents inside that read drawings, reshuffle the week and prepare the paperwork.

One platform for the whole factory
From the customer’s email to the signed delivery note. Every screen speaks your shop’s language and fits your team’s roles: management, engineering, shop floor and quality.
Quotes from drawings
Material, processes, machine time and treatments. Expiry dates and win rate at a glance.
Work orders
Operations per machine, time logs, measured dimensions with photos and the full history of every order.
Scheduling
Gantt by machine and by operator, with alerts for late deliveries and work out for treatment.
Live shop floor
Your plant in 3D, machine by machine: running, in setup, idle or down. A screen for the shop floor.
Stock by lot and heat
Reservations per order, purchasing with goods receipt and the supplier’s 3.1 certificate. Shortages flagged before a machine stops.
Quality and paperwork
Gauge calibration, maintenance, delivery note and part certificate with the exact drawing revision it was made to.

Management asks
Which deliveries this week are at risk?
The assistant answers
Two. WO-0119 is back from zinc plating on 23/10 and ships on the 24th.
WO-0130 is waiting for GENOS 2, down since 9:40.
Proposal: move WO-0130 to the MAZAK on Tuesday. Saves a day.
How we work
We start with one area and a measurable problem. If the pilot hits the agreed metric, we roll out to the rest of the factory.
1 week
On-site assessment
We walk the plant, talk to the office and the shop floor, and measure where the hours go.
6 to 8 weeks
Pilot
One area live, with your data and a metric agreed on day one.
In phases
Rollout
The remaining areas, the link to your ERP and training for your team.

Questions
Do I have to replace my ERP?
No. The platform connects to your ERP and exports orders, delivery notes and invoicing. Each system keeps doing what it does well.
Where is the data?
On servers in the European Union, with one database per company and role-based permissions. The shop floor doesn’t see prices or customers unless you want it to.
What if an agent gets it wrong?
Agents prepare, a person approves. Everything is logged: who proposed what, who approved it and with which data.
Does it work on the shop floor?
Yes. There is a tablet terminal with big buttons to log time and flag a stopped machine with its reason, plus a plant screen for the shop-floor TV.
How long does it take?
The assessment, one week. The pilot, six to eight. After that, area by area.
